Quant Capital is urgently looking for an Application Support Exec to join or well known Fintech50 client who produces software disrupting the wealth management market.

The Application Support role has come around due to an expansion and strategic change, the Support Executive will report in to the head of support and client management. This role offers the ability to move towards product management as well as platform ownership or business analysis within a short space of time.

The Support Analyst will be involved in:

  • Support clients and processing of support emails.
  • Training and Pre Sales
  • Client Management
  • Investigating and resolving queries where possible this could be data analysis, application issues or database related
  • Testing new software functionality developed and assisting the quality assurance process.
  • Account Management

This role allows rapid promotion to senior support and implementation roles as well as professional services. As a fintech company I am looking for Junior Analysts who like finance and technology, who wants tpo move up to team lead within a year.

I am looking for a client-facing and ambitious analyst with the skills in excel and SQL who likes financial services, ideally wealth management. The right Application Support Engineer will have the drive and focus to make a significant contribution to the delivery of products and services to a growing client base. Application Support Engineers / Analysts should have:

  • Demonstrable problem solving
  • Experience of Development or Application Support
  • Degree with a technology or Science focus
  • Excel
  • Interest and skills in Data Manipulation
  • Ideally a background in support or client management
  • SQL – good tech skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

This role suits a mid level or junior support Engineer with some experience looking to take responsibility within product management.
