Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our high profile client.

Our client is a well known financial technology company who provide solutions across the trading platform and market data space. They are well known for their bleeding edge technology and growth.

On a day to day basis the Sales Manager will:

  • Sales of Software License and Maintenance services, Business Consultancy Services
  • Annual Revenue – Achieve / exceed quota targets. Identify, sell and win new sales.
  • Extensive experience of the commercial application of licence, maintenance and professional services agreements as part of the matrix
  • Define and present solutions to the appropriate audience – advisers/traders, COO, CIO, Compliance & CEO
  • Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise).
  • Business Planning – Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
  • Establish new client meetings – Set and deliver meeting and presentation agenda – Actively monitor/follow up all relationships – Maintain salesforce CRM
  • Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.
  • Leverage support organisations including Marketing, and build Partnerships and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory/accounts
  • Advance and close sales opportunities – through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.

I am looking for a sales or business development manager with experience in fintech sales who is looking to work for a growing firm releasing new products across wealth management, OMS and Trading.

Sales / Business Development Managers must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
  • In depth knowledge and experience of selling into financial markets
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
