Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst join or well-known Fintech50 client who produces software disrupting the wealth management market.

My client is a market leading SAAS provider to financial advisory business nationwide. They are currently in an international growth stage and are looking to build on their well-established customer focused, reliable and innovative product suite. Their mission is to become the market leader and to replicate their dominance of the UK market overseas.

Day to day the Senior IT Support Analyst will:

  • Provide software, hardware, and network support to customers.
  • Support 500+ users responding to requests and solving problems impacting
  • delivery of BAU IT services.
  • Support core end user platform, consisting of tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, AWS, Duo, Microsoft Authenticator Security, Zoom, Slack, Confluence and JIRA.
  • Monitoring open calls, ensuring resolutions and appropriate updates are carried out
  • Ensure tickets are triaged, resolved or escalated within SLAs
  • Create ServiceDesk documentation. Receive and handle requests for service, following agreed procedures.
  • Record and maintain the knowledge and known error database Managing incidents, requests and problems
  • Alongside this, we use an Azure managed workstation user deployment, deploying technologies like Azure AD join, Intune and Autopilot to accelerate our ability to deploy new locations and offer remote workers the best user experience.

As an Senior IT Support Analyst you will be:

  • Have solid experience of working on a Service Desk
  • Have a broad and deep knowledge of server and desktop operating systems, networks and office systems, plus Microsoft cloud offerings
  • Experience with Azure technologies and services
  • Windows Server,
  • Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Intune, MDM, etc
  • Office365/Microsoft365 deployment and training
  • Powershell
