The organisational structure is flat and open. The client value listening over speaking. We encourage the personal and professional growth of every person in the business. Our people are self-directing, and our teams are self-organising.

Engineers are responsible for ensuring the correctness of their code and the output generated. Therefore, there is a strong emphasis on automated testing and validation.

Periodic retrospectives are the heartbeat of continuous improvement.

Review of designs/code and knowledge sharing are key to smooth organizational continuity. Two brains are always better than one and as such we often pair program.
