Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Head of Implementation to join our high profile client.

The firm is a large fintech in the payments and SAAS space. They have global offices and are well known as the market leader. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out APIs that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Our client is a well known SAAS technology business in the portfolio management space. Through an open architecture it places control firmly in the hands of the user. It allows Multi asset, single asset and transformational businesses can select from pre-configured or fully customised workflows.
The Head of Implementation is accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, status reporting and client satisfaction in order to ensure success of the project and achieve customer referenceability.
Day to Day Head of Implementation will:
• Planning: Implementation Services is responsible for formulating a plan working closely with the onshore and offshore teams to meet the objectives of the project while adhering to an approved budget and timeline. This blueprint will guide the entire project from ideation to fruition and will include the scope of the project, resources necessary to complete it, anticipated time and financial requirements, strategy for communication among relevant stakeholders, plan for execution and documentation, and proposal for follow-up and maintenance. I
• Leading: Lead the project team. This requires excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and conflict management skills, as well as a keen eye for teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
• Pre-Sales / Sales Support: Participate in activities related to supporting the Sales and Pre-Sales team to ensure deals are won.
• Management: Staying on schedule is crucial to the successful completion of any project. Schedule management is therefore one of the key
• Partners: Managing interactions with Partners in the region to ensure any project engagement where partner resources are utilized are managed smoothly even when there are potential project risks due to internal or external factors.
• Monetisation of Services: Responsible for ensuring all project activities are monetised. This will include working with cross functional teams to ensure price determination during Sales cycle is as close to actuals as practical, as well as ensure all Change Management activities are billed through a tight Change Control process.
The Head of Implementation Must have:
• Recognised Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2/CAPM/CPM/CSM/MPM).
• Seasoned Program / Delivery / Implementation Management with 20+ years of overall experience handling multiple client projects – candidate must clearly demonstrate experience of running high profile, business critical projects.
• Payments / Banking / Financial services experience (7-10 years min).
• International client experience & stakeholder management skills (clients across EU).
• Professional level of language skills speaking/writing.
• Polished professional with ability to gain trust and build strong working relationships with our Customers and the Peer Implementation Heads/Project Managers/ internal and cross functional teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of project management lifecycle activities including planning, project controls, project financials and measuring results.
• Possesses proven track record of managing top tier financial services clients and strategic transformation projects.
• Comprehensive financial services knowledge is preferable, especially in the areas of Payments processing, integration/messaging middleware, financial messaging standards such as SWIFT.
• Possesses strong leadership skills in leading medium to large multicultural teams.
