Quant Capital is urgently looking for an eTrading Client Support Specialist to join our high profile client.
Our client is an established fintech on a mission to disrupt the foreign exchange market, applying innovation to tap FX liquidity. They are JV between from a major global Exchange. They processes 5 billion messages per day with zero downtime.

The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with an open dress code. This is a role for techies, those who are motivated by the sharp end of technology and the possibility of making serious money doing something you are passionate about.
The client trades across Equities, Fixed Income, and FX
On a day to Day basis the eTrading Client Support Specialist will:
• Work alongside sales, account managers and integration teams within region for 24/6 coverage.
• Incident management
• Quickly assess and prioritise incidents
• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents keeping the client updated throughout
• 1st client POC
• Perform system health checks to ensure faultless service operation for the duration of the service window
• Liaise with third party service providers to ensure incidents are resolved and satisfactory root cause analysis is provided
• Build and maintain close client relationships through onsite visits and one-to-one training
• Provide valuable input and insight into continuous service improvement programs keeping client needs at the fore
eTrading Client Support Specialists MUST have:
• 1 years in a vendor, bank or buy side business in client support
• FX or Equities Asset class experience
• Experience of dealing with high profile, tier 1 clients, and business critical applications
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate client needs and to communicate a process to resolve or enhance a workflow issue
