Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Linux Systems Administrator
to join our high profile client.
Our client is a well known global Hedge Fund and Algo Trading firm. They value technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record).
This is a bleeding edge role as close as it gets to the market. You will participate in providing financial technical and operational support to the firm.7
You should have a background in Linux and Windows and a some Python development ideally with a focus in the scientific stack. You will work with highly motivated developers and infrastructure engineers in a collaborative environment to provide hands-on support to the trading team.
Linux Sys Admins MUST have:
• Recent Experience in Financial Services or the Scientific Research space
• 2:1 or First from a Redbrick University
• Proficiency in Bash, Python and/or C++
• Strong knowledge of scripting, Linux and good network troubleshooting knowledge
