Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Product Support Analyst / Derivatives Support Analyst to join our high profile client.

The Product Support Analyst will work with both internal stakeholders and clients to address issues and questions on product and service features and and/or application functionality, responding with timely solutions, and contributing to ongoing service enhancements.

Our client provides independent expert advice, software and remediation for front office electronic trading as well as reference data products. Their clients include leading investment banks, asset managers and hedge funds. They use well-established and bespoke methodologies to deliver solutions ranging from trading platform reviews to ultra-low latency design and development of front office trading systems. Their engagements span front office engagements within Fixed Income, Equities and FX.

The Product Support Analyst Will:

Develop specialist knowledge of derivative reference data products, client onboarding and support, as well as other systems supporting reference data services.
POC for new client onboarding and support
Working collaboratively and providing escalation point to the Support team
Troubleshoot more complex tickets raised by clients, prioritising accordingly, and keeping them informed of status
Assist with living ’run book’ of internal operational processes and procedures, working with technical teams as required

The Product Support Analyst Will Have:

· 1+ years’ experience of a banking or vendor side client support / operations

· Salesforce or Servicenow

· Some understanding of financial derivatives products

· Competence and interest in technology

· Strong communication skills, especially written English

· Experience of dealing with and prioritising multiple issues or items each day, researching to find answers, communicating directly with clients via an online support portal and over the phone

· Experience of creating client facing documentation e.g., product templates, user guides or similar

My client has a family feel and traditional values but is known as by far the best trading and reporting consultancy in the world. They have recently implemented a FIX standard for Fixed Income Trading. They have been trading for 8 years and have around 150 people in the office so personality fit is important.

My client is based in London Flex working.
