Quant Capital is urgently recruiting on behalf of a high-profile client for a Graduate Trade Desk Developer.

We are seeking an outstanding graduate or junior candidate (with less than 2 years of experience) who thrives in solving complex mathematical problems at speed. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of trade data. As a Graduate Trade Desk Developer, your responsibilities will include research, rapid trade execution development, process automation, and the opportunity to pursue individual technical projects.
This role sits directly on one of the firm’s trading desks and involves close collaboration with traders, researchers, and engineers to ensure that technical solutions align with trading strategies and operational needs.
A strong academic background in a STEM subject from a top-tier university
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in coding (Python, Java, or similar)
Logical, analytical mindset with a drive to deliver smart, efficient solutions
